Rafael is native to Puerto Rico where he spent most of his life learning and developing his art. He has been tattooing for about 25 years and has worked at several different locations around the east coast. Places such as Dragon Spell in Worcester Mass, Studio Enigma and Sunset Tattoos in Brooklyn NY, Gotika in Puerto Rico,Salvation Tattoo Lounge in South Beach Miami,The Painted Bride in Medfort Mass and Oxygen Tattoos in Wildwood, NJ Love Rock Tattoo in Wildwood  NJ Empire Tattoo in Summerville MA and NJ have helped him ground and perfect his skills as a tattoo artist. While Rafael likes doing many styles of tattooing, his specialty lies within realistic work. Most of his outside artwork deals with realistic subjects and he extends this ability into performing skin art currently working in his  Artist of Blue Velvet Tattoo in Langhone PA .
